The Bible, Human or Divine? Three Reasons we know God really is the author of the Bible

This lesson covers a lot—how true history is the foundation for our trust in God’s authorship of the Bible, how it validates both predictive prophecy and progressive revelation, the place of freewill in God’s sovereign plan, and finally how there is One voice in the Bible.

As I was putting all these topics together I was in awe of how beautifully our God has arranged His Word and how the more we study it, the more our trust in it can grow.

I was also overwhelmed with the implications of how the topics fit together—particularly how important it is to see the entire historical span of history and how predictive prophecy fits into it. The lesson includes a newly created infographic of prophecy, the Biblical writers, and world history—I hope you’ll find it as exciting as I did to see how God works through it all.
